Health Impact Assessment Proposal

I was approached in mid 2016 to help the IPHI (Illinois Public Health Institute) and CDPH (Chicago Department of Public Health) develop a report which would outline the findings of a Health Impact Assessment in the Englewood community. This report would serve as the catalyst to help aid in the funding and development of a proposed multi-use trail in the Englewood and West Englewood community areas of Chicago.
